Project Manager



The primary job of the project manager is to ensure deliverables make it to clients on time and within budget.

Well organized and nimble, they are able to effectively communicate with all levels of management, both client and internal. The Project Manager plays a key role in keeping projects moving internally and managing client expectations. They work proactively to move team members toward completion of project deliverables and support the team by building project schedules, providing assets, forecasting hours for projects, coordinating with different teams to ensure that projects start and finish on time, making sure all stakeholders have reviewed and approved in a timely manner, and enforce process during projects.

Project Managers help create efficiency by forecasting, monitoring progress and identifying opportunities to move projects to lower cost resources, as well as handling client approvals.

What you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in an agency environment
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing workflows across multiple projects and clients
  • A command of the full content and design creation process, from discovery and research through execution and QA
  • Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, budgeting & forecasting
  • Strong listening and relationship building skills
  • Experience working in Asana or other digital workflows/project management software strongly preferred


What you’ll do for us:

  • Serve as an advocate and interpreter for our clients, translating their business goals and direction into content that helps them reach their audiences
  • Identify priorities and manage multiple deadlines independently
  • Work with clients to understand their project goals and requirements
  • Establish and manage project scopes
  • Contributing to client proposals and quotes
  • Run project kickoff meetings, along with frequent check-ins
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities
  • Streamline communication between internal team members, vendors & contractors
  • Monitor project progress and clear roadblocks
  • Double-check project deliverables for accuracy
  • Send progress updates to clients
  • Complete post-mortems on assigned projects
