Since Statement first blossomed from a partnership between two creatives, our team philosophy has been “better together.” Individually strong and fiercely united, we bring out the best in each other to do our best work as a team.
We care deeply about our craft, our people, and our partnerships and sometimes we still can’t believe how lucky we are to do this work every day.
As part of the 1% of women-owned and led creative agencies, we've seen the power that comes from bringing diverse voices to the creative table. We're passionate about advancing DEI in our client and talent partnerships and are always seeking to do better through research, training and discussion.
Creative ideas don't happen in a vacuum. Trusting, mutually respectful relationships across our team and with our clients are the foundation we use to brainstorm, plan, execute, iterate and achieve great creative results.
While Chicago is our home base, we are a fully virtual team distributed coast to coast. We don’t believe in one size fits all creative, so we stay purposefully small to expand and contract using our extended large network. This allows us to custom assemble each project team so we can hit it out of the park for your brand while also hitting your timeline and budget.
